1. Oral Presentation – What is the EAWOP Impact Incubator and our role – EAWOP president Evangelia Demerouti & Rosalind Searle
2. Oral Presentation – “Creating and sustain Impact from Work & Organizational Psychology Science” – Prof. Jo Silvester review the achieving impact from Work and organisational Psy. showcasing how to build on research and to create an impact.
3. Symposium – Decent work vs precarity – Ishbel McWha-Hermann, and others. This session will explore precarious work and the new EJWOP Manifesto.
4. Refugees and migration strand – Katja Wehrle
This session will address a critical global issue: Forced and economic migration, with a focus on strategies for integrating migrants into their new countries. Prof. Dr. Annekatrin Hoppe will explore “Considering Time and Context in Research on Migrant Worker Health and Well-being.” Following these short presentations, Christoph Kenntemich will demonstrate an interactive prototype of an educational tool that builds on generative artificial intelligence to support the integration of skilled refugees and migrants into the workforce. Finally, Catrin Geldmacher (practitioner) will present a tool on “How to Create Peace,” aimed at supporting the work of organizational psychologists.
5. Women and minority Panel – Towards Greater Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace – This session will focus on continued barriers and challenges experienced by women and individuals from minority groups in the workplace, ranging from stereotypes and discrimination, experienced incivility to violence at work. In a set of short presentations leading scholars on the topic of diversity in the workplace will outline such ongoing barriers, trends and possibly ways in which work and organisational psychology can contribute to addressing those barriers and work forward greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Input in form of short presentations will come from Dr Alicia Grandey, Dr Donald Truxillo, Dr Clara Kulich, Dr Catherine Connelly and Dr Roberta Fida, followed by a Q&A session and input from the audience.
6. Panel – Threats and securities – this panel session focuses on CWBs and features leading scientist in the field (Prof. Roberta Fida, Dr. Sarah Brooks, Martin Edwards Pawel Jurek and Sylwiusz Retowski Dr. Michael Knoll : Anindo Bhattacharjee and Lotta Dellve Wim Vandekerckhove Prof. Rosalind Searle will consider what has been achieved regarding reducing risks for individuals.
7. World café – Getting involved
This final session will use a world café approach with different questions posed on each table to build to your insight into how to build the impact incubator. (45 min).
