Guiding Questions:

These questions will guide our panel in exploring how to lead change with integrity in the age of AI:

  • To what extent do employees already experience the impact of AI in their work, and how is leadership navigating this shift?
  • Which approaches to skills and talent are becoming outdated, and which are emerging as more viable alternatives in the wake of AI?
  • What does it mean to be ethical when leading change as AI disrupts work as we know it?
  • In what ways could psychologists’ roles evolve to help leaders and workplaces embrace AI, while encouraging ethical and cultural integration?

Why This Matters Now

AI is not only changing the way we work. It is reshaping what leadership requires. This panel will explore how leaders can respond with clarity, ethics, and foresight, offering practical and research-based strategies for navigating technological and cultural disruption with integrity.
