Whether it concerns team intelligence, team mindfulness, or team performance, teams possess their own characteristics that cannot be derived from the characteristics of their individual members. Therefore, a team should periodically undergo a diagnosis of its condition, which will reveal how it stands in relation to other teams and how it could be. The workshop will guide participants not only through team diagnostics but especially through subsequent team interventions that have been proven to improve team collaboration and thus increase team performance. Despite its practical focus, this workshop will also serve as a “state of the art” summary of insights into team psychology.

The workshop is based on insights gained from more than 30 years of systematic study of teams, complemented by the best practices of team coaching. Participants will gain information about:
– Rapid and Valid Methods for Diagnosing Team Collaboration and Performance,
– Interventions that Significantly Enhance Team Collaboration and Performance,
– The Effectiveness of Various Formats of Mutual Feedback,
– Implementing a Debriefing Culture,
– Proven Ways to Create (Not Only Psychological) Safety and Support Mental Health.
