IMPORTANT:
Each delegate/speaker has to register (pay the registration fee) through his/her own EAWOP 2025 account – unique email address.
Please do not register anybody on their behalf as their account will not be linked to the submission and registration systems.
Please bear in mind that the accompanying person has no access to the scientific sessions. Those can be only family members and non-psychologists.
If you register for a student fee you are required to upload an official confirmation of your full-time student status during your registration.
EAWOP 2025 Registration Fees
Registration is opening on October 15, 2024 12:00 PM CEST
HOW TO REGISTER:
- Log into your EAWOP 2025 account. If you are a first time visitor, please create an account https://abstracts.eawop2025.com
- On the top menu in your account click on the tab “Registration”.
- Choose type of registration Member/Student etc. and fill in the country.
- Continue through Additionals for Check out.
- Billing information: Please fill in the details which you would like to appear on the invoice, the invoice is generated automatically and the information cannot be changed.
- You are able to choose payment by card (included also option of Apple pay) or bank transfer.
- Proceed with the payment.
All presenters have to be registered by the deadline for the presenters
on February 29, 2025 to be included in the programme.
Presenters must be registered with an appropriate 3 day registration package.
Full registration is possible only with the EAWOP membership.
Early bird – by March 31, 2025
Regular – by May 15, 2025
Late/Onsite – after May 15,2025
EAWOP Senior Member – Only for existing EAWOP members who have retired.
Registration fees include membership of EAWOP until April 2027 (except One–day and Accompanying person).
Membership benefits:
Include access to EAWOP Journals, eligibility for EAWOP events and funding opportunities. Full Members enjoy all services provided by EAWOP. Full members can take part in all activities organized by EAWOP and fulfil any position in the association. Only full members and representatives of constituents are allowed to participate in and vote at General Assemblies. Associate, Student and Senior Members enjoy many of the services provided by EAWOP, including the Newsletter, news mail, journal access and forums.

Registration fees include:
- access to all sessions of the scientific programme (except accompanying person),
- refreshments and lunches during the congress,
- participation in opening and closing ceremonies,
- networking and reception events.
Workshop participation and the social event on Friday evening are not included in the base registration fee.
BY REGISTRATION PARTICIPANTS CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Cancellation of Registration
- Until 31st of December, 2023 – administrative fee of 50 EUR will be deducted from all refunds
- From 1st January of 2025 until 20th of March 2025 – 50% of the registration fee will be refunded (except bank handling charges that will be deducted from all refunds)
- Within 60 days to the first day of the event – 100% will be charged
- All refunds will be processed after the EAWOP 2025 Congress
General Cancellation Conditions
- All cancellations must be notified only in writing (by email or by DHL/Fedex mail) to Conference Secretariat secretariat@eawop2025.com and cannot be done online or over the phone.
- Requests for refunds made after 20th March 2025 will not be considered
- For any change of personal details and abstract, a fee of 50 EUR (plus bank handling charges) will be charged
- The organiser reserves the right to change the date, venue or format of each event included in the EAWOP 2025 programme. In such case, participants are entitled to cancel their registration within 10 days since they are informed about such change – all paid fees will be refunded in this case to the participant, decreased by necessary costs connected with such cancellation, incl. bank transfer costs, hotel cancellation costs and costs on the organiser’s side. Participants, who do not cancel their registration within the given time period, are considered to have consented to the change. Participants have no claim for damages or other costs, arising from such change, if caused by events outside the organiser’s control.
- You acknowledge that the Event or part of it may be filmed by audio, visual, audio-visual or electronic means or photographed, including photographs of individuals or group delegates. You agree to permit Computer System Group a.s. or any third party licensed by Computer System Group a.s., to use and distribute such footage and photographs, which may feature photographs of You, in all or any media (including social media) whether now known or hereafter to be invented throughout the world in perpetuity fro the purposes of advertising, publicity, reporting and otherwise in relation to the exploitation of such recordings and photographs. Please inform the event organiser in writing prior to the event day by email to secretariat@icp2024.com if you do not wish to be included in any individual or group photographs.
- Computer System Group a.s. reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse Your admission or eject You from the Event for failure to comply with these Terms; or if in Computer System Group a.s. opinion You represent a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running event.
These General registration guidelines were published on 1st September 2024 and apply to all bookings placed from that date until these terms and conditions are superseded by a new version.

The European General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) entered into force as of 25 May 2018 and it involves some additions to data protection.
